Motor rewinds & gearboxes
In conjunction with a major partner we can offer the following:
Electric Motor and Generator repairs: Full refurbishment / rewind service of A/C and D/C Motors up to 1000kW. Test facilities to ensure units running at optimum before supply.
Gearbox repairs: Following diagnosis new bearings, gears, shafts and seals are fitted as required. They are then tested before being re-commissioned back into service.
Pump repairs: All standard and submersible pumps repaired to manufacturer standard. All worn seal seats, housing and parts metal sprayed and machined back to their original tolerances.
In house lifting capacity of up to 10 ton and test pit for pumps, stock of new & used motors, bearings and seals available for quick turn-around works.
